Administration And Finance Directorate of GSPHCDA is Headed by Usman Adamu Aliyu, it has three different unit which comprise of General service, Account and Welfare.
The department is responsible for the following:
Establishment and maintenance of accurate staff information system.
- Assisting in policy formulation, execution and review.
- Advising on General Administration matters.
- Recruitment, Confirmation, preparation of brief for Promotion of staff and other personnel matters.
- Coordinating the Junior staff committee meeting.
- Coordinating the Departmental Selection Board meeting for Study Leave/Part-time study permission.
- Coordinating the Board of Survey.
- Writing memos to His Excellency
- Interfacing in Labour and Trade Union matters.
- Coordinating training programmes for staff.
- Organizing Board meeting and implementation of its decisions.
- Procurement of office furniture and equipment.
- In-charge of staff deployment.
- Processing mails from different ministries and organization.
- Repairs and maintenance of office equipment and furniture.
- Keeping of Personnel Records.
