The Executive Chairman, Bauchi State Primary Health Care Development Agency (BSPHCDA) Dr. Rilwanu Mohammed and team were in Gombe State for a one-day Peer Learning visit to Gombe State Primary Health Care Development Agency on Zero Dose Identification with the view to improve immunization coverage.
The Bauchi and Gombe team had a robust engagement and shared learnings and experiences on improving health service in hard to reach and underserved communities.
Highlight of their visit was a presentation by key programme officers and a field visit to Pantami Primary Health Care Centre.
The learning visit was concluded with a courtesy call to the Honourable Commissioner for Health, Dr Habu Dahiru who appreciated the team for the visit and encouraged continuous collaboration between the two states in combating diseases.
