Gombe State Ministry of Health (SMoH) and the State Primary Health Care Development Agency (GSPHCDA) flags Off Outbreak Response (OBR) and Maternal, New Born and Child Health Week (MNCHW) in Tumfure, Akko LGA Gombe State.
The four day campaign will be conducted across the eleven LGAs in the state and is aimed at reducing maternal and child mortality across communities. Free drugs including antimalarial, Deworming tablets, Vit A, Zinc tablets etc will be distributed during the campaign.
The flag off ceremony was attended by the HCH, Dr Habu Dahiru who represented H.E, The Executive Governor, ES GSPHCDA, The Mai Kaltungo, Lamido Gona, development partners from WHO, UNICEF and other top Government functionaries
