Gombe state Government through GSPHCDA, in collaboration with National Malaria Elimination Programme (NMEP) with funding support from the Global Fund Malaria project organize a one-day Training for Town Announcers ahead of the upcoming insecticide Treated Net (ITN) mass Campaign across the 11 LGA’s of the State.
In its effort to eliminate malaria, the Gombe state Government through GSPHCDA in collaboration with National Malaria Elimination Programme (NMEP) with funding support from the Global Fund Malaria project organize a one-day Training for Town Announcers ahead of the upcoming insecticide Treated Net (ITN) mass Campaign across the 11 LGA’s of the State.
The training aimed to educate the Selected Participants on how to sensitized the General Public on the use of insecticide Treated Net (ITN) in their various community before, during and after the mass campaign exercise in the state.
The training is currently ongoing across the 11 LGAs of the state, where a total of 570 town announcers are being oriented.
